Hi, I am a concerned family who happens to live in a majority African American community where Gina has properties that are not as nice as those shown in the listings. I personally know a few tenants of hers who are living in deplorable conditions; which water leaks, roach’s and doors hang off the hinges in houses. I would love to see the same care done for these as those in the wonderful pictures posted. Did I mention that there are multiple elderly tenants and persons with disabilities living in her properties? FYI located in southern Virginia? My wish is that things will change quickly so that I can write a wonderful review about the changes.

If we could give unlimited stars for the stellar experience with Gina and Amanda we would! We had to Short Sale our home and most sales of that type can take months and drag on and on, however, we had an offer within the first week and closed shortly after bank approval (which is usually what takes the longest!). I worked with Gina on buying my first home. We started looking towards the beginning of 2020 when COVID-19 broke out.
