Hi, I am a concerned family who happens to live in a majority African American community where Gina has properties that are not as nice as those shown in the listings. I personally know a few tenants of hers who are living in deplorable conditions; which water leaks, roach’s and doors hang off the hinges in houses. I would love to see the same care done for these as those in the wonderful pictures posted. Did I mention that there are multiple elderly tenants and persons with disabilities living in her properties? FYI located in southern Virginia? My wish is that things will change quickly so that I can write a wonderful review about the changes.

I worked with Gina on buying my first home. We started looking towards the beginning of 2020 when COVID-19 broke out. Despite all the challenges that came with house hunting during a pandemic, Gina was very helpful and patient in my search. She is very knowledgable of the Loudoun market and real estate trends in general. She was not pushy in my search and took the time to understand what I was looking for. After 5 months of ongoing searching, I found the house for me, and we put in an offer. Despite multiple other competitive offers, mine was selected! excellent professionals from start to finish. gina personally staged our house along with professional stager. she also had beautiful photos of our house made and published on multiple medias. her team followed up and arranged for all the contractors to complete the walk through list on time. Gina took care of last minute hiccups on closing day that would have otherwise cancelled the deal. She even recommended movers for us. this is our 6th real-estate transaction and by far our best.

If we could give unlimited stars for the stellar experience with Gina and Amanda we would! We had to Short Sale our home and most sales of that type can take months and drag on and on, however, we had an offer within the first week and closed shortly after bank approval (which is usually what takes the longest!).
